These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pak96 website located at https://pak96.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "pak96") and all associated content, services and information provided therein. pak96 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed for adult users in Pakistan and internationally.

pak96 does not operate as a licensed gambling operator. In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pak96 to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to any gambling service you access;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Your use of the Platform and any online gambling services you access does not violate any applicable law, regulation or court order in your jurisdiction;
• You access the Platform voluntarily and accept full responsibility for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before participating.

Access to certain sections of the Platform and eligibility to act upon information provided therein — including registering with any Third-Party Operator referenced on pak96 — is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator's licence jurisdiction. Age verification may be required by Third-Party Operators before accounts can be activated or withdrawals processed.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak96 does not warrant or represent that accessing gambling services is legal in Pakistan or any other specific territory. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions in Pakistan — users must take independent legal advice if in doubt.
• Existing Exclusions: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or account suspension imposed by any gambling operator or regulatory body.

• Single Account: Where Third-Party Operators permit account registration, each individual is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts are a violation of standard operator terms and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.

pak96 itself does not operate player accounts, accept deposits or process withdrawals. Where the Platform provides information about registration processes at Third-Party Operators, the following general principles apply:

pak96 publishes information about bonuses, welcome offers, free spins, reload promotions and loyalty programmes offered by Third-Party Operators. The following terms apply to all such Bonus Information:

• Informational Only: Bonus Information on pak96 is provided purely for educational and informational purposes. pak96 does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or current status of any offer described. Bonus terms change frequently and without notice.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses described on pak96 are subject to wagering requirements — commonly expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount. • Misrepresenting your identity, jurisdiction or eligibility status to any Third-Party Operator on the basis of information obtained from pak96;
• Commercially exploiting, reselling or distributing pak96 Content without written authorisation.

pak96 reserves the right to report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and to take such other action as may be appropriate to protect the integrity of the Platform and the safety of its users.

All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of pak96 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may view and print pak96 Content for personal, non-commercial informational use only.
• You must not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute pak96 Content without prior written consent from pak96.
• The pak96 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use any pak96 trade mark, service mark or logo.
• Third-party trade marks, brand names and logos referenced on pak96 — including those of game studios, payment providers and sports organisations — remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party mark on pak96 does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak96 and its operators, editors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any financial loss — including gambling losses — arising from decisions made on the basis of Content published on pak96;

• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform for any reason;

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

pak96 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Material changes to these Terms — such as changes affecting your legal rights or obligations — will, where practicable, be communicated via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage prior to taking effect.
